Beyond troubleshooting feeding challenges, my role is to empower mothers with knowledge. I want you to make informed decisions and feel confident in your ability to nourish your infant(s). No matter how you choose to feed your baby, I am here to help.
I am delighted to offer comprehensive and personalized mental health support in the postpartum period. My aim is to promote emotional well-being, strengthen the parent-child bond, and contribute to the overall health and happiness of families during this transformative phase of life.
Welcome -
Becoming a parent (whether it’s your first baby or your fifth) comes with a lot of joy, but it can also feel incredibly overwhelming. From postpartum recovery to the ups and downs of breastfeeding, it’s okay to feel like you need a little extra support.
I’m here for that.
With nearly 20 years of experience as a mental health nurse working with children and teens, and as a lactation consultant in settings like NICUs, postpartum units, outpatient clinics, and home visits, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside many families during some of their most tender moments. One thing I always remind new parents is this: breastfeeding might be natural, but that doesn’t mean it’s always easy.
You don’t have to do this alone. We’ll work together, and on your terms to support both your feeding journey and your mental well-being.
Let’s figure out what you need and build from there.
